Shipping Locations & Carriers

All orders are shipped from our facility:

We exclusively ship via UPS:

  • Domestic (U.S.) – UPS Ground
  • International – UPS Standard

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET.
  • Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping times vary based on your location and UPS transit times.

Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, order total, and destination.
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking link.
  • You can track your package via UPS.com or through the "Order Status" link at the bottom of our website.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact UPS directly with your tracking number.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
